During this session, we will create an entity relationship model for a specific information governance control tool (such as a taxonomy or thesaurus).
Workflow in a.k.a.®
You will learn how to manage the workflow associated with building control tools. During this session we will walk through the design, build and exchange process for a specific control tool.
Reporting in a.k.a.®
You will learn about the range of report format available to you for outputting your control tools from a.k.a.®. During this session, we will create an online report for a specific control tool.
a.k.a.® Data Exchange
You will learn about the range of methods for ingesting data into a.k.a.® and exporting data from a.k.a.®. During this session, we will undertake a simple exchange of data with an external system which as MS OneDrive or SharePoint.
